- Video length - Sold as :15 units (seconds)
- Dimensions - 480x360px (4:3) or 530x298px (16:9)
- Frame rate - Same as source
- Video Data Rate - 300kbps
- Audio Data Rate - 80kbps stereo
- Total Data Rate - 400kbps or lower
- Keyframe interval - Every 144 frames or lower
- If video ad is clickable, please supply a click-thru URL
- Creative must have branding
- Creative must match ad size
Master Digital File Specifications:
- Video length - Sold as :15 units (seconds)
- Uncompressed or mildly compressed QuickTime (.mov) or AVI master file
- Dimensions - at least 480x360px, preferably 720x480px or 720x486px
- Morningstar will encode the final .FLV file
- Video ad is clickable, please supply a click-thru URL
- Creative must have branding
- Creative must match ad size
