Administrative Costs

Administrative costs are what your fund charges you in order to pay for its day-to-day operations, including renting office space, printing prospectuses, and keeping records. You’ll never write a check for this fee, though, because administrative costs, like the other parts of your fund’s expense ratio, are deducted directly from your fund’s returns.
