The 10-K is the statutory annual report of a company’s activities that is filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The 10-K tends to be the most comprehensive of a company’s periodic filings. Note that these reports contain audited financial statements, whereas the statements within the quarterly reports (10-Qs) are not audited.
