Specifications      
 
Option #1   Submit .FLV file to the following specifications:

• Video length - Sold as :15 units (seconds)
• Dimensions - 480x360 (4:3) or 480x270 (16:9)
• Frame rate - Same as source
• Video Data Rate - 300kbps
• Audio Data Rate - 80kbps stereo
• Total Data Rate - 400kbps or lower
• Keyframe interval - Every 144 frames or lower
• Video ad is clickable, please supply a click-thru URL
• Creative must have branding
• Creative must match ad size
Option #2   Submit the Master Digital File:

• Video length - Sold as :15 units (seconds)
• Uncompressed or mildly compressed QuickTime (.mov) or AVI master file
• Dimensions - at least 480x360, preferably 720x480 or 720x486
• Morningstar will encode the final .FLV file
• Video ad is clickable, please supply a click-thru URL
• Creative must have branding
• Creative must match ad size
